Tenemenemori is a precious metal pendant hiding an RFID tag that stores all the clinical information of the person wearing it.
In case of an emergency, it can be easily and instantly accessed to provide immediate treatment without waiting for time-consuming exam procedures.
The concept sprouts from the image of a roman slave collar. A constricting jewel/ tool used to limit, halt a life from thriving (tene me ne fugi - keep me from escaping) is transformed into a salvific jewel/tool pleading to save a life (tene me ne mori - keep me from dying).
Collaboration with Amedeo Bonini.
